小学英语教案《I Want to Be a Painter》

【活动方案】            

一、教学目标

1. Vocabulary——会理解并准确认读以下单词:

when, grow up, be good at, painter, sick, nurse, cook, food, builder, build, doctor, policeman, reporter, news.

2. Phrases——能理解并准确认读以下职业功能词组:

cook nice food for people, build good houses for people, help sick people, help people, get news for people.

3. Sentences——能理解并准确认读以下句型:

What do you want to be when you grow up?

—I want to be…

—I'm good at…

—I love …very much.

—I want to…

—I like to…

二、教学重点

1. 新词的四会;

2. 询问并回答长大后的理想职业,以及原因的阐述。

三、教学难点

1. 职业名词的四会;

2. 如何表达理想职业并阐述原因。

四、教学方法

1. 游戏教学法:通过玩游戏“What Is Missing”,让学生集中注意力,迅速认读职业名词;

2. 小组合作:通过小组合作,运用以下句型询问并回答长大后的理想职业以及原因的阐述:—What do you want to be when you grow up?

—I want to be… —I’m good at… —I love … very much. —I want to… —I like to…

五、教学过程

(一)前置性作业

1. To find the new words in the dialogue (when, grow up, be good at, painter, sick, nurse, cook, food, builder, build, doctor, policeman, reporter, news).

2. Play the dialogue video to make the meaning of the dialogue clear to the students.

(二)讲授新课

1. Warm-up

Greetings.

Sing a song on P66 I want to be.

2. Presentation

通过介绍三幅图,引出job这个话题。

Learn the new words about jobs. (PPT展示,图文并茂)

3. Dialogue Learning

Let’s answer:

How many teachers are there in our school? ________________

Do you want to be a teacher when you grow up? ________________

What do you want to be when you grow up? ________________________

What does Ben want to be when he grows up? ________________________

Is Janet good at English? ________________________________________

Does Mike love art very much? ________________________________

4. Practice in groups:

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I want to be…

(三)巩固练习

1. Let’s review.

2. Play a game "Which Is Missing".

3. Make a survey. (PPT出示)

4. Role play.

5. Finish the table.

(四)复习归纳

1. Read the dialogue in groups.

2. 师生双方共同归纳这节课的重点句型:(教师引导学生说,并做出相应的回答)
